What are your postage costs?

Small Parcel Under 2kg - 1st Class; £5.75    2nd Class; £4.65

Medium Parcel Over 2kg - 1st Class; £9.70     2nd Class; £8.60

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and costs include the exact royal mail shipping price, along with a small contribution for packaging materials.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment we only sell within the UK

How long will my order take to get to me?

It may take up to 7 days at the most for your order to be processed - although we always try to aim to get it to the post office within a day or two. Days we will always be able to post your items are Thursdays-Saturdays, however we may be able to post Monday-Wednesday if time permits, so do keep this in mind if you order later at the weekend or the beginning of the week.

Once out of our hands; if you have chosen 2nd Class, please allow 3 - 4 days for it to reach you, and if you chose 1st class, please allow 1 - 2 days for it to reach you. Do also bare in mind any postal service strikes that are going on around the time of your order.

My order hasn't arrived. Where is it?

Please bare in mind the above, and try to give 10 days before contacting us. If a parcel still hasn't arrived by then, use the tracking number given to track your parcel via royal mails website. If you can no longer find your tracking number, send us an email or a message on our Facebook or Instagram and we will get back to you asap with your tracking code to see where your babies are at! 

Do you accept returns or do refunds?

I think my parcel is missing?

Once a parcel leaves us it is then out of our control. We are not liable for missing parcels. You will need to contact Royal Mail postal service with your tracking details. If you no longer have your tracking details, feel free to send us a message or email and we can resend it to you.

I think I entered the wrong address?

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. I cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost parcels if the incorrect shipping address has been provided. If paying via PayPal, please ensure the shipping address attached to your account is correct before placing an order. 

Ethics

Are you an ethical crystal seller?

The word 'ethical' in the crystal community is touchy subject for many. We personally advertise our crystals as consciously sourced rather than as 'ethical' because we always want to remain as transparent as possible.

With many of the big suppliers many crystal sellers use, we feel it is impossible to know for sure if it is ethical unless you were to physically go to the mines every day and monitor the working conditions, see who is mining the crystals, and see if the proceeds are going to the mine workers' families and so on. Unless you are physically there 100% of the time from start to finish, we don't believe you can call yourself 100% ethical whilst buying from big suppliers and wholesalers, as there will always be some level of uncertainty.

That being said; we do ensure all our crystals are as ethical and consciously sourced as possible, as we do use suppliers that are small family run businesses where you can ensure the practices that are going on. The majority of crystals we sell have all being hand selected by ourselves rather than bulk-purchased, to ensure we love each individual crystal as much as you will. This is all thanks to the wonderful suppliers we have built close connections with and fully trust. When finding suppliers we always ensure we ask plenty of questions to get to know how they can make sure all the crystals sourced are ethical, and therefore our suppliers have very close relationships with the miners, whether they have visited the mines themselves, video chat regularly, or get sent many photos and/or videos of the process. We have full trust and confidence in our suppliers and do believe all our crystals are 100% ethically mined/sourced - However as you can see, it is all based on trust.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes! As we are vegan, and aim to be as eco-friendly as possible in our personal life, it only made sense to bring it over to our business too!

We reuse a lot of packaging from parcels we receive to minimise waste - and we encourage you to keep your packaging for when you need to send something out too! So if you see normal bubble wrap in your parcel - this will have been reused, and we hope you pass it forward! Any new packaging will either be biodegradable bubble wrap (which we will not be getting again once we run out), tissue paper, shredded paper/cardboard, or honeycomb wrap - all of which can be recycled.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, any products that require ingredients such as our herbal balms, are all vegan and cruelty free.

How do you source the plants for your products?

Many of the plants used in our products (such as balms, smoke sticks and poppets) are homegrown either in our garden or at our allotment. We also have the privilege of being able to forage plants and herbs from a SSSI property (site of special scientific interest), in which we are ensured they are protected and untouched.
