Comfrey Balm

Skin Cream 

Ingredients; Comfrey (Symphytum Officnale) and coconut oil. 
(Some comfrey balms will also include either Eucalyptus oil or Frankincense oil dependant on your selection). 

Comfrey has long been known as a healing plant. It’s roots and leaves contain allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cells to grow, along with other substances that reduce inflammation, pain and swelling. It can be used for bruises, pulled muscles, ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains and arthritis. It can also be used for skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. 
Comfrey, also known as ‘knit bone’, dates all the way back to WW2 where it was used in the form of a tablet in the soldiers first aid kits. 

Eucalyptus Oil may ease sore muscles and joint pain. Said to help in the treatment of wounds and infections, promoting healing. 

Frankincense Oil has anti-inflammatory effects that help to reduce joint inflammation caused by arthritis. It may rejuvenate skin and help to promote cellular growth. 

*All products are natural and handmade. Keep in a cool dark room, or in a fridge. If left in the warm, it will melt into an oil (still useable). Always open upright incase of spillage. Due to the natural ingredients of the coconut oil, balms may appear blotchy/separated. This is completely normal/natural and is nothing to be alarmed about. It is still fully useable*
