Homemade Smudge Sticks

All with fresh plants foraged from an SSSI property *site of special scientific interest* (protected and monitored for scientific research).

We were able to forage the following for our smoke sticks;
• Incense Cedar
• Bay Leaves
• Lavender
• Rose Petals.

Burn the sticks to cleanse and protect your space, and then dab them out into a dish or abalone shell.
